Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy

Early Arrival: Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Guests arriving early can store luggage and use our facilities until their room is ready. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Late Departure: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. For a guaranteed late check-out, please contact our reception desk in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Smoking Policy

We maintain a smoke-free environment:

  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 applies for smoking in non-smoking areas.

Child Policy

We welcome families and offer a comfortable stay for all ages:

Extra Person: An additional charge of THB 800 applies for extra persons exceeding room occupancy.

Infants (0-3 years): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents, including complimentary breakfast with a breakfast-inclusive booking.

Children (4-11 years): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents; breakfast is THB 200 net per night.

Children (12 years and older): Considered adults for room occupancy.

  • Complimentary cribs and rollaway beds are available on request, subject to availability.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in public areas and near the pool.

VIP guests need look no further for their accommodations while on assignment in Bangkok. In the style to which they’re accustomed, our Presidential Suite command the top 24th floor of Tower C where they enjoy equally high security and absolute privacy. VIP penthouse features include a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the breeze while surveying the iconic outline of the old city including the royal palace. At 800 SQM, the layout is as spacious as the design is opulent yet unostentatious. The floor plan spans five bedrooms in all; three on the upper floor and two on the entry-level floor, each with their own ensuite marble-paneled bathroom. Plus a large dining area, an office and a guest bathroom in case you’re entertaining. In other words, enough comfortable accommodations for a complete entourage of up to ten people.
